I used to love the U.S. edition but it hasn't been as good for several years. Another British magazine I always try to get while there is their Home Farmer. it has such good articles and I end up finding out things our garden magazines miss. At $9.99 I better love it!! I am worried as they have reported that 190 to240 Barnes and Nobel book stores are said to close this year!! How sad. That is the last book store around here if it goes. I could shop on line but even there you cannot find some things and I like going through a book to be sure I really want it. I have not found a way looking inside the magazine or on line to even buy Home Farmer myself.
I found myself showering just last night and weeping. It felt like the dam had broken and I really needed a good cry. So cry I did. I really don't think anything could have made me not. I felt like I would never stop but stop I did when it was time to.I felt like I had shed the hurts and sorrows with those tears and life was sweet again. I've kept every issue I've ever bought and truly enjoy looking at them each time I pull one out. I hardly ever buy magazines anymore but that one is worth it. I understand the mood thing. Work often gets me down with the frustration of learning a new job where there is more "figure it out on your own" than training. But God has me there for a purpose so I plod on. :)

I LOVE the British version of Country Living. It's so much more special than the US version. I've long had dreams of just moving over the pond. LOL All of that romanticizing stuff you know. :)

You are definitely a woman after my own heart with the bagel and Nutella supper. I'm pretty sure it's comfort in a jar.

Hope the rest of your week goes well and little moments of joy fill your days!Karlahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07251936768042830801noreply@blogger.com
