I wanted to wait to plan meals this week until I'd been through the freezer but I realized I have a good bit of bargain-priced produce I want to use this week. I'd plan meals mostly around those items this week.
Here's what I've planned to make:
Burgers, Salad, Tater Tots (Sunday night's supper. Leftover lettuce and tomato)
Chili, Tortilla Chips, Salad (leftover taco meat, beans and chips, lettuce)
Oven Fried Chicken, Squash Casserole, Green Beans, Coleslaw (squash and cabbage from the fridge)
Pork Chops, Asparagus, Boiled Potatoes with Lemon Butter (pork chops are older boneless ones from the freezer, asparagus from the fridge, and potatoes from the pantry that are getting a bit old)
Stuffed Peppers, Rice, Butter Beans, Cornbread Muffins (Peppers part of discounted produce, ground turkey from the freezer, rice leftovers, butter beans an older freezer item)

What a tasty looking menu for the week! I've finally run out of most things to be used up so I need to do a Walmart grocery pickup at some point. Maybe I'll borrow an item or two from your menu. Thanks!
